I've been teaching the piano, music theory and music production for the past 20 years in London, Ascot & Brighton. People of all different ages and all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. I love all types of music passionately, and teach all styles, from classical to jazz, folk, rock, pop, and even EDM (electronic dance music)!

 

I have a lot of patience and experience with starting beginners from scratch; dealing with nerves and stage-fright; and strongly believe that it is never too late to start learning to play a musical instrument! My focus is always on having fun with music, and helping you to express yourself creatively. 

  

Playing technique is approached in a relaxed (tension-free) and open-minded way, incorporating all the best bits of many different piano schools. Lessons are tailored to each student, and may incorporate music theory, ear training, sight reading, improvisation, songwriting, music history, or computer technology, depending on the student’s needs.

I encourage good, old-fashioned values, presented in a contemporary way, but at the same time still being extremely fun and engaging!

 

I teach on a lovely, electric Yamaha baby grand piano.

Kids weekly - £100 per month
Monthly subscription (4x 30 minute lessons)
Trial lessons cost £25 each
An adult must attend lessons with younger students.

Adults fortnightly - £80 per month
Monthly subscription (2x 60 minute lessons)
Trial lessons cost £40 each

Adults weekly - £160 per month
Monthly subscription (4x 60 minute lessons)
Trial lessons cost: £40 each

Adult one off lesson/s - £60 each
(1x 60 minute lesson)
